National Exporters Register? |
|

Your company must be registered in the
Exporters Register of the Customs Administration. ,(free
process). You must present a certificate of registration in
the IRS, with Standard Employment ID number invoices for
individuals and Tax indentification number for companies.
You can register both individuals and corporations and it is
convenient that a customs broker carry out these procedures
as they are acquainted with the forms you must submit.. |

Letter
to General Director of Customs requesting to process the
registration as an exporter.
Three copies of MO-1228-E Form Affidavit. If the process is
performed by a third party, a power of attorney with
authenticated signatures must be submitted.
Power
of attorney, whether it is a Company.
Copy of C.U.I.T( Tax indentification number for companies).
In the presentation you must have the original, so that
Customs can certify the copy.
Original and copy of the latest payment of social security
contributions paid by the exporter.
